Palestinian families affected by conflict and displacement continue to face serious barriers to healthcare.
In Gaza, damaged hospitals and shortages of medicines, equipment, fuel and essential supplies have placed medical services under immense pressure. In Egypt, displaced Palestinian patients may also require treatment, specialist care, medicines and practical support while living away from home.
Doctors and medical teams continue to treat injured people, patients with chronic illnesses, malnourished children, pregnant women, newborn babies and other vulnerable patients in extremely difficult circumstances.
Palestine Aid supports access to essential healthcare for vulnerable Palestinian patients in Gaza and Egypt.
Our work includes:
Mobile Maternity Clinic Project
Palestine Aid is supporting the preparation and mobilisation of mobile maternity clinics in partnership with Medics Worldwide.
The clinics are currently positioned in Egypt and are intended to provide maternal and neonatal healthcare in Gaza once access is granted.
They are equipped to support:
Safe childbirth services
Emergency obstetric care
Postnatal care
Newborn and neonatal support
Essential healthcare for pregnant women and mothers
While access to Gaza remains restricted, Palestine Aid continues to support vulnerable Palestinian patients and families in Egypt and advocate for safe humanitarian access.
